1 month of delay for an incomplete delivery.

1 month of numerous calls where I got nothing but empty promises 1/3

Now prices have been increased and my product never delivered.

Despite numerous emails and calls, I’ve not been contacted by any supervisor or department to offer replacing the product with anything else, just an arbitrary unilateral reimbursement action that is a shame.

1 month of my money being retained

I spent 300 dollars on products that were not delivered, had to purchase another gift for my wife’s anniversary.

I’ve been contacted by the Argentina branch with a NOT REQUESTED reimbursement.

Will I lie to retain someone just for my benefit? Never.
