@aces2269 @TorontoTeacherX Let’s focus on how to build immunity …. Nutritious while foods less processed food, adequate sleep and rest, reduce stress let them be kids, 1 hour of activity, get them outside in nature, 20-30 min of daily sunlight daily … all these boost immunity !!!!
