I've been happily living my truth since just before Christmas 2022. I've been on Hormones since October 2023. Nobody will stop me or force me to be who I am not. The male I was is gone. He is never coming back.

Transgender People are People. We live, laugh, and love. We cry, bleed, and get angry. We work and play. We spend money, buy clothes and food, give to charities, help people less fortunate, serve them their coffee and food. We are your brothers and sisters in humanity. The fact so many narrow minded people want us dead just because we don't identify as the gender we were born as confuses and angers me. Why do they even care? Why should they? And yet they still want us to wear our mask and be miserable or die, preferably the second one. And I will say this openly. We have been around for thousands of years, living happily. That is until the narrow minded followers of the singular God said "Male or Female, Nothing Else. Man rules, Woman submits, Nothing Else." Well that doesn't sound like a loving God to me. He sounds like an Authoritarian Dictator and Abusive Husband. No thanks.

I'm vocal. I speak up about what I'm passionate about. I won't hold back my opinion, and I'm Done trying to rationalize with the closed minded. Like talking to a brick wall sometimes.

Every change in scripture causes division. Every Ruler says that the Great Entity in Charge speaks to Them so Their interpretation is Correct.

I just had the nicest short interaction with someone at my work. Here's what happened.

A Mother and 2 teenaged daughters passed through my workplace to the recycle/bottle room. They were collecting bottles and cans for a bottle drive for their school. All went smoothly.

I was working nearby pressing pizza crusts from fresh dough. Since they were close to done and boxes of bottles were on higher shelves, I checked on them. Before they left, I cracked the tab on my white monster and poured it into my tumbler. I handed off the can to the girls with a smile. The girl thanked me, then went to her mother and told her that "This woman wants to give us this bottle." It was so sweet. I was thanked by the mother too, and they left.

My question is this: If a Teenaged Girl can have the decency to gender a Trans Woman properly, why can't someone twice/three times her age? Must be something in the communion wine that instills such hate and stupidity.

Smoky as hell here in the Okanagan. AC with a vent to outside causing it to smell like a campfire as I sleep. Watching the wildfire map to make sure we won't be evacuated. Safe so far but time will tell.
