@luansills I didn't love giving the injections to my hubs, but the scariest (for us both!) was when I had to remove & clean his line from IV treatment!

@luansills I'm sure they've seen enough medical needles at hotels they wouldn't even bat an eye. But that does make it seem like YOUR prob, & not OUR.

@luansills That's difficult. Relationships are tricky enough w/o throwing MS into the mix! If you need/ever want to vent, I'm happy to listen.

To be supportive in that situation can be a challenge, because sex used to be a time to let go of everything. Lower inhibitions

I will confess, as his partner, it's tricky to have zero expectations going into sex. And to maintain the emotional calm at all times.

But we're in a better place with expectations these days. If it works, great. If it doesn't, he's more chill about things.

It used to be that when things weren't going well during sex, Mr. MS would get really upset and end up crying & depressed.
