They are resoundingly being seen as unconstitutional in courts.
This map shows the fate of gender affirming care bans for trans youth. A month ago, this map was almost entirely red.
Now, significant chunks of the USA have access again!
Reading the court rulings unanimously blocking trans care bans and there are consistent trends from the judges:
1. The states' "experts" have no expertise
2. Their "evidence" doesn't actually say what they think it does
3: What works on Fox News falls apart in federal court

Missouri's emergency rule banning gender affirming care for most adults has been terminated.
It appears they do not feel confident they can defend this ban in court. As a result, the rule will not go into effect.
Now, attorneys can focus on overturning the youth ban.
