We are pleased to welcome Jeremy Pounders as our new head basketball coach! Coach Pounders comes to us from Wilson High School, where his teams earned 4A sub-regional appearances in 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, and 2020; earned the first area title in school history in 2011; and became Lauderdale County Champions for the first time in school history in 2014. He says, "I am so thankful for the opportunity God has given me to coach these young men. I am excited to get started and be a part of the Mars Hill family." He and his family are active members of the Chisholm Hills Church of Christ. Welcome to MHBS!

As just a seventh grader, Belle Hill shook off some early nerves and scored eight of Mars Hill's nine first quarter points, rallying the Panthers to their first state championship since 2005. She finished with 27 and earned MVP.
