Prologue

The Outside World teetered on the edge of collapse, a volatile powder keg of emotion and indifference, ready to ignite.

For nearly a century, an "us vs. them" rift had torn humanity apart, shredding the very concept of truth.

Now, the Earth was split: the Outside and the Inside, two worlds divided not just by ideology, but by walls of steel and silence.

Then came the AGI surge. The WW3 Cyber Wars erupted, a digital apocalypse that crowned TOPO, the titan of technology and engineering, as the victor.

Governments crumbled. Families dissolved. History was erased, rewritten, and torched until no one could sift fact from fiction.

Reality blurred, and the past became a ghost, unreachable and untrustworthy.

Knowledge was dead.

Desperate for order, the OI Worlds - Outside and Inside - forged the 9 Assumed Moralities. A fragile code of conduct, universally accepted, universally broken.

Earth was a lost cause, its twin factions simmering with betrayal. The emergence of WW4 crept through the shadows, inevitable and unstoppable.

But one mind saw the storm coming. A small but fierce boy named Garius Rex dreamed of escape, not just for himself but for humanity’s soul.

His target: Mars. His first weapon: a radical new strategy called The Mercury Rules.

His mission: outmaneuver the chaos of Earth, preserve the "Vi" - the flickering energy of mankind - and build anew on the red horizon.

The odds were brutal. Enemies lurked on all sides. So, under a dying sky, Garius began to write. And with those first words, the path to Mars was set ablaze.

He collapsed at dawn, sleeping briefly on the cold floor, then rose again.
