@rainSouthAfrica just got another call from one of your outsourced agents and he, like every single agent that has phoned me had no idea what my actual issue is. You guys are a joke honestly. I am fed up with your piss poor communication!!!
I just got a call from @rainSouthAfrica with regards to the outage in my area, and I asked the agent if she has an update on my latency issue and her advice was basically โit is what is and you should consider cancelling the serviceโ even offered to send me a cancellation form
@rainSouthAfrica is COMPLETELY unusable tonight. Canโt play a single match of BF6 or Hunt:Showdown without getting disconnected ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ TWO WEEKS of complaints and empty promises and instead of fixing it itโs just gradually getting worse!
@rainSouthAfrica has the WORST support I have ever dealt with. TEN support tickets and almost two weeks later I still get support staff phoning me to ask me โwhat seems to be the problemโ they literally donโt even bother reading the ticket(s) before phoning you
