@African_Sensei @warsurv You're spot on. Not his 1st flyby. He did a few to record it. It's also visible that, other than some buoyancy, the object is stationary relative to the air. It's most likely a shiny balloon. Would be much less confusing if everyone had pilot experience.

@MyrtlesGirdles @BillAckman As I heard BlackHawk was given a location, confirmed traffic in sight and requested visual separation. I.e. the helo pilot took over separation responsibility. The controller didn't like the course and asked if helo still had visual and requested to pass behind.
