🛑 The Crack Epidemic Is Ruining Lives 🛑

Crack cocaine is destroying individuals, families, and whole communities — often quietly, behind closed doors, and without the support people desperately need.

This isn’t about “bad choices”.
It’s about trauma, poverty, mental health struggles, and lack of support.

💔 Parents lose themselves.
👶 Children grow up too fast.
🏘️ Communities carry the weight.

Stigma keeps people silent.
Cuts to services leave people with nowhere to turn.
Punishment replaces compassion — and nothing changes.

💬 Addiction is not a moral failure. It’s a health and social issue.

What saves lives:
✔️ Early intervention
✔️ Trauma-informed support
✔️ Safe community spaces
✔️ Youth work and prevention
✔️ Support, not judgement

We need to talk about this.
We need to fund support properly.
And we need to remember the human beings at the centre of it all.
