A verbal argument is not an emergency. Yes, even if there is yelling involved. Sometimes people have issues they need to work out, and dealing with those issues via civilized discourse is not what everyone is out here choosing.

Working 9-1-1 provided a visceral view of a fallen humanity. Although the exception, I did see goodness in those who called out of genuine concern and care for others. I was thankful to God for providing me glimpses of hope in those callers. #reimaginepublicsafety #hope
