Deuteronomy 7:7–8, “It was not because you were more in number than any other people that the LORD set his love on you and chose you, for you were the fewest of all peoples, but it is because the LORD loves you…”

Psalm 105:43, “So he brought his people out with joy, his chosen ones with singing.”

Isaiah 43:10, “‘You are my witnesses,’ declares the LORD, ‘and my servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he.’”

Matthew 22:14, “For many are called, but few are chosen.”
