@UbisoftSupport I am on ps5 and I cannot really recall the error but basically when trying to reconnect the game would just say "cannot connect to the match"

@UbisoftSupport I had a little power outage while I was playing rainbow six siege ranked, when the electricity came back I tried reconnecting to my ranked match but an error always pops up and now I got a ban plus my reputation decrease, can I atleast get a rollback to my rp?
