Pointing to an acquittal as evidence for why a sexual offence trial shouldn't have been prosecuted is mostly unhelpful. The trial process exists because there'll always be contested cases. Otherwise the only cases in the courts would be those with guilty pleas going to sentence.
Want to know why sex-ed is so important? Why we should resist fearmongering? Why it's a political issue? I wrote a book about it almost a year ago!
