@GavuriruPilled @GLabsPlus @heroesahead I always assumed the trade federation were the phantom menace - if we take the word phantom to mean something that isn’t real. The Sith are the real menace - the trade federation is a phantom menace that Sidious is using to manipulate events.

@xAbbieCx “I’m going to squirt” 🤣 She was fab

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@AstralDepthsTR @14YoureOver I like to think that the Doctor will one day find Susan and give that spare Tardis to her.

@Lexatron_ @CinemaTweets1 Assisted by Black Widow and 2 different Alfreds 🙂

@ATRightMovies King Kong 1976. Line was so long that we didn’t get in. My mum refused to continue standing there until the next showing.

@thabigsokk @TrilbeeReviews When did this come in?

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@pipmadeley That was my 3rd time seeing Phil. Always on stage for 2hr 30 minimum (sometimes 3 hrs) and always played all his greatest hits. A true superstar.

@daemonsmatt I’ve been watching Doctor Who since 1973 and “Everybody lives, Rose, just this once, everybody lives” is my favourite line of dialogue. Hits me every time.

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@ChrisBoyle1001 @MHarrison90 23 this week - above average for me (should have got Hardy’s Oscar nom)

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@WhovianLife If I could turn back time

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@councilofgeeks “Everybody lives, Rose. Just this once. Everybody lives”

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@ChrisBoyle1001 @MHarrison90 @filmstories 23 - better than I thought I’d do

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@ChrisBoyle1001 @MHarrison90 @filmstories 18 - thought it would be even worse but I had a flurry in the last section!

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@daemonsmatt Speaking as someone who has been watching Doctor Who since 1972, I just wanted to say that reading your threads has been an absolute joy. I hope you continue to enjoy all the doctors for many years to come.

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@ChrisBoyle1001 @MHarrison90 @filmstories 22! It’s all downhill from here

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@JBondPersuader Best bit of worst film: the fight in the lift in Diamonds are Forever

Worst bit in best film: Dalton flapping his arms like a bird when the helicopter lowers him in Licence to Kill.

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@DoctorWhoPN Jonathan Aris was always on my list as a possible Doctor. I suppose a Silurian is better than nothing…

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@CooperHillier Plot twist

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@5tuarthardy Horror of Fang Rock doesn’t have a bleak ending in terms of tone - which is rather surprising since every single character dies (apart from the Doctor and Leela, of course)

[Martin Pearce @MartPearce]

@TrilbeeReviews I thought the script was leading you to believe that she had travelled backwards in time (to pre-mobile phone days) but it was just the pub locals winding her up.
