@FirstBSA @BristolCouncil Cancellations should not be made lightly, but we are having this almost every day. We all try to do our best, but the transport in Bristol is getting worse, it is not cheap and definitely not worth it. We can't expect people to leave cars at home with this level of service.

7 hours wasted with @Barclaycard customer service, over a few days. It used to be a good service. Now it is a hell to get through it and when you think it is sorted, you find out it is not. Back to square one again and again. Very frustrating. ☹️

@FirstBSA And some days, people have been waiting for 30/40 minutes for the bus and because it is 1min to 9am, drivers refuse them to board as their passes are only valid from 9am. Really?😡 So we have to be flexible with the bad service but there is no flexibility for the elderly? Jokers!

@FirstBSA will you ever offer a reliable service for the 24 route in Bristol? Now it is on an everyday basis, 40min average wait, no correct info in the app nor at the screens. Bristol definitely deserves a public transport that works. Disrespectful to the community.

@FirstBSA There is a staff shortage everywhere, but the lateness and cancellations in your services are from much before the pandemic. Again, 40 min waiting for the 24. Then we get 3 together. If this is your regular plan, the situation is worse than we thought.
