As we celebrate mashujaa, I want to celebrate our army which has done tremendous work in Africa.
In 2002 there were rebels in Central Africa who were notorious in raping women, closing roads for common mwananchi and couldn’t be controlled.
UN together with other humanitarian organizations called on international army to restore order and peace in Central Africa.
Our army led by Rtd.General Opande were among the humanitarian machinery deployed in Sierra Leone.

He facilitated in the following:
