And according to Bloomberg Law, this time it would also apply to workers already inside the United States.

Beijing calls Branstad Xi Jinping’s “old friend.” Weeks before the planned USDA visit, Krane’s investment firm was still majority-owned by CICC USA—indirectly owned by China’s sovereign wealth fund.

The Institute also signed a “historic” agreement with a foundation created and overseen by CPAFFC.

The State Department says CPAFFC is tasked with co-opting governments and “malignly” influencing American leaders.

In plain English: a CCP influence front.

San Francisco 49ers owner and CEO Jed York was arrested Sunday in East Palestine, Ohio, after local police assisted the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.

The 46-year-old Youngstown native was initially charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools.

By Monday, prosecutors reduced the prostitution charge to disorderly conduct. York pleaded no contest to both remaining counts, was found guilty, and received a short jail sentence and roughly $1,150 in fines. Authorities also seized $160 that was forfeited to the task force.

The case was resolved the same day as his court appearance.

The 49ers have yet to issue a statement.
