💛 We were so impressed with John Lewis’s Christmas advert shining a light on children in care and the importance of foster carers, that we asked them to help us promote our fostering service locally. We're at our first pop up event at their Exeter store tonight until 8pm!
Men's Health Awareness Week 14th-18th November 2022. We've partnered with other public sectors across Devon & Cornwall to bring you a number of virtual events and talks raising awareness and providing access to support men on a range of topics.
I was embarrassed to see not one of the South West rivers are a good quality and our rivers are the worst in Europe. Have we lost our pride in our environment? You should re-evaluate and address your quality of work @SouthWestWater, shame on you!
🚨 24h after making national news, another discharge has been captured in St Agnes...
If this is just run-off, we challenge any @SouthWestWater director to pop in for a dip, the next time we see this "brown discoloration" 💩
We'll even rent you our gasmasks.

@Disgruntled_SHO They may be doing the time consuming ward rounds or other jobs elsewhere. I find talking kindly and calmly to find out what everyone does in their role helps the team. I encourage you to do this with your PA'S to get the best from them. we value ours, they are so helpful.
Hi 👋 I'm Ahmed. I experienced severe mental illness triggered by the Lebanon War. For years I was miserable & suicidal. The stigma was devastating but thank God I survived. Today I'm an NHS mental health doctor. Please don't give up hope. Things can change #WorldMentalHealthDay

@ot_flora @thefrenchgirl71 @erika_favero Classic debate about generalism vs specialism as if generalism is lesser. Complexities created by aging, associated polypharmacy and social needs put in a wide spectrum of health problems takes specialised, clever approaches within a wide breadth of knowledge
I love this story because it reminds me that one person can make a difference.
In 1979, Jadav Payeng began planting a tree every day for 37 years — results are stunning
