@united your ticketing and customer service in #SYD is a joke. Sold a ticket with a subpar shuttle (@JetstarAirways ) and when they are delayed, you refuse to load the bags even though the plane is waiting for them. Plus blame the passenger for the delay. Not good

@united Hi. That flight was part of a ticket you sold as shuttle to UA100. That shuttle was delayed which isn’t your fault obviously but customer service was horrendous blaming the customer for the delay. The gate was even calling the check in counter that they were waiting for the bags.
