@GMB@NityaGRajan My daughter wanted to be a dentist, all the required grades but couldn’t get a place at any of her choices of Universities. They all told us they have approx 1000 applicants each year and only places for less than 100. A large percentage of these are taken by overseas students.
@virginmedia I want working broadband, not status updates. It’s been going on weeks, with constant excuses from a poor customer service. No refunds because it’s not off completely for 48hrs, even though it’s practically useless how it is!
@virginmedia It seems to be on wheels!! It was originally a week till 2nd Sept, and now it 6th Sept! I’ve been a customer for 20+ yrs, but I’m now looking for an alternative. The CS Rep I spoke to last was obviously working from home, and didn’t have time to speak to me.
@virginmedia I called about a week ago, and was told it would be fixed by 2nd Sept. Which was bad enough!! Still not fixed and being told today about another 6 days. I called an hour ago to check if I was in contract and the CS rep was shocking, sounded like I was interrupting him!!
@virginmedia@pinefalling Our broadband has been intermittent now for weeks, maybe even a month. Absolutely shocking service. Everytime I call I’m told the same standard response, “intermittent issues in your area that we are working on”. No compensation because it’s not off though!
Rachel Johnson: I agree with Jacob Rees-Mogg, people need to get back to the office rather than "riding their pelotons", "watching Netflix" and "home working"

@NegProb@AndyBurnhamGM How does paying a charge actually reduce emissions? Some people will just drive the long way round to avoid paying, and emit more, or add the cost to every job in the Clean air zone.
@virginmedia I have tried previously to raise a complaint with CS. One told me he had done it, but hadn’t according to the next person I spoke to. Others won’t raise a complaint because it’s a known issue and they can’t resolve it!!
@virginmedia Expected intermittent service from 15th Nov to 22nd November. This will be the fourth outage now. However because it’s intermittent and not a complete loss of service there is no compensation. 20yrs with virgin and we are now looking for a new supplier. CS don’t want to know.
