@SurreyRS I was in a city centre recently and was gobsmacked at how many people were riding around on what looked like e-bikes, until you notice the riders weren't pedaling so they aren't e- bikes but mopeds so should have plates, licences, insurance, CBT etc. Needs cracking down on.
