O2 please explain why my account was used to send 45,000 scam messages from my number (but NOT my actual phone - which has also been checked by Apple) and 45,000 from my wife’s. Plus used up more than 80% of our monthly data allowance !

O2 why can’t I contact your fraud team ? My app has been locked for a week. Your Customer Care 😂team can’t contact them. The people in your store can’t contact them. I have been promised a call back 4 times now but nothing so far.
