On a positive note the growing increase in mostly younger town centre residents cinema etc should see better times

nice place nice location but for music it doesn't have right feel and prob not enough local audience
but new demographics in local area could be opportunity

the new developments in redhill town centre inc cinema and the new residents will make creating an evening economy much more feasible
its one of main reasons I stood in recent election

due to covid there were not hustings this year and it was felt that most people would not want strangers knocking on their doors.
This has been difficult time to do normal election things
