Stranraer FC are delighted to announce the signing of 23-year-old towering centre-back Mark McLuckie from Bo’ness United.
The 6’5 defender arrives at the @limedotonline Stadium following an impressive season at Newton Park, where he was voted the club’s Committee Player of the Year.
Having previously featured for East Kilbride, St Cadoc’s and Kilwinning Rangers, Mark also reunites with Chris Aitken and Martin Fellowes after playing under the management duo earlier in his career.
We would like to thank everyone at @BonessUnited_FC for their cooperation throughout the deal.
Welcome to the Blues, Mark! 🤝

Stranraer FC are thrilled to announce the permanent signing of Dom Plank ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
Following a highly successful loan spell from @JamTarts last season, Planky returns to the @limedotonline Stadium at Stair Park on a permanent deal after establishing himself as a key member of Chris Aitken’s squad.
A skilful and creative playmaker, Dom quickly became a favourite among supporters and his performances throughout the campaign were recognised with five trophies at the club’s end-of-season awards night.
Despite attracting interest from clubs in higher divisions, The Cranleigh Cruyff sees unfinished business in Stranraer and has chosen to continue his journey with the Blues.
Welcome back, Dom 💙
The club are pleased to confirm that Martin Fellowes will take up the role of Assistant Manager alongside Stevie Aitken ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Martin continues his journey at Stair Park after joining the club in summer 2025 and, alongside his first-team coaching responsibilities, will continue supporting the club off the pitch through football operations and strategic development projects.
Delighted to have you with us, Fez 🤝

A night that meant more than football.
Lyndon Tas showed incredible commitment on Tuesday - rearranging travel plans during a difficult time, as he was due to attend his grandad’s funeral.
Moving his flight to the early hours of Wednesday morning, Lyndon marked his first SPFL appearance with a penalty save in our 3-1 win, dedicated to his grandad.
His grandad, David Tas, also leaves a powerful legacy, having written a book which details meeting his wife, sharing a long and happy marriage, and her fifteen-year treatment for cancer.
All proceeds of David’s book “Poems from a Marriage” go to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
As a club, we’d love our supporters to come together and show their backing.
If you can, please consider purchasing a copy and supporting an incredible cause in memory of David.
Let’s get behind Lyndon and his family.

Back to winning ways as the Blues defeat top of the table East Kilbride at the @limedotonline Stadium.
We hope to see you all next Saturday when we travel to Hamilton and take on Clyde.
Enjoy your weekend!
A superb win for Stranraer against Spartans extends their league unbeaten run to 11 games!
Just 2 defeats in their last 22 overall, and the Blues have won 4 times against League Two’s top 2 in that time.
Chris Aitken’s side remain 3 points clear in the playoffs 🔵⚪️
Stranraer FC are delighted to confirm the signing of Joseph McGrath on loan from @HibernianFC until the end of the season.
Joseph arrives with strong credentials, having captained the Hibs B Team, earned seven caps for Scotland U19s, and most recently featured on the bench for Hibs’ first team at Easter Road last weekend.
He is well known to the coaching staff through the Scotland pathway and is a player we moved quickly to secure once it became clear we needed to act fast.
We’d like to place on record our thanks to David Marshall and everyone at Hibernian FC for their assistance in getting this deal done.
Welcome to the Blues, Joseph! 👋🏼
