@beith123@TheEnglishRebel You’re describing a demographic reality, not constitutional status. Westminster is the UK Parliament. English MPs don’t have extra votes, extra powers or a separate chamber. They are simply more numerous because England has more people. Aren’t most MSPs from the Central Belt?
