Trump's favorite conservative newspaper, the New York Post, called on the US president to increase aid to Ukraine.

In an editorial, the newspaper addressed Trump and emphasized that the main reason for the war in Ukraine was russia.

"You yourself said you were disappointed by the conversation with putin and don't believe he wants to stop. For him, Ukraine's existence is the root cause of the conflict," the newspaper writes.

After this conversation, putin delivered the most severe blow of the entire war, using drones and missiles. In return, the Pentagon stopped the delivery of weapons necessary to protect civilians. The newspaper also mentions a Ukrainian journalist who tearfully told Trump in the Netherlands about her fears for her family.

Why should we leave them to their fate?

The newspaper denies that aid to Ukraine harms the United States.

Some of the weapons have already been paid for, including from seized russian assets and EU grants that bolster the American defense industry. In addition, the war provides the US with valuable intelligence and promotes the development of new technologies, including drones and missile defense systems.

The publication suggests that the missiles saved today will increase to 50 as the Moscow-Beijing axis strengthens.
