He has definitely measured it correctly from the pin in the center, but it is still off center from the main white line, which is what I am talking about. So if it was a super important thing (which it isn’t) they would have to repaint the white line

The big white dot is the center off the white line, the red one is the center of the stencil, the handle off the stencil does not allign with the center of the white line. This is almost embarrassing to be writing about but I had to make my point
