@BuildAfterWork 2) they decided to look at cars. Sold them 2cars then they asked to speak to my manager. When he came over they said they had visited 5 dealers and I was the only person to actually talk to them. They each bought a new car off me every 2years for 20 years.

@BuildAfterWork 1)As a young car salesman in early 80’s an old van covered in tar pulled up outside. Two guys in overalls climbed out and walked in the showroom. All the other salesmen disappeared. Started talking to the guys, they had a roofing business doing well but had been rained off cont.

@AskNationwide Case already raised with Fraud team. I await their response. The recipient eventually got the funds this morning at 3am. It took from 16:45 on Sunday until 3am on Tuesday for the transfer to complete. Not the service I expect from Nationwide.

@AskNationwide why has a payment I made yesterday still not reached recipient. Appreciate you put a block on thinking might be fraud but we are now over 28 hours and recipient still not got his money due to NW system issues. Disgraceful you do not have back plans.

@Capt_Fishpaste @IsidorWilson One of the drivers on the Big Bus hop on hop off last week was from Haiti. I had a good chat with him and his helper who was Brazilian. Also one of the guides outside 911 memorial recognised my sons Sunderland bucket hat so again a footy chat. NYC is a melting pot with great fun

@Capt_Fishpaste Whilst no doubt some kids have been abused online and some spend too much much time online, 1 admitting on BBC he spends 19 hrs a day online. What about some parental responsibility?
Expect :

@British_Airways They are not responding to emails!! Laughable that the reason BA will not allow direct calls is their admission they get too many complaints!!

@British_Airways why can’t I not get a telephone callback from BA customer relations despite repeated requests to multiple issues on a flight to JFK on 2nd July. I had a dismissive email response which didn’t take into account severity of issues
