Hi @TeamYouTube My child’s DOB was accidentally changed to under 13, which disabled their YouTube channel #thelockbreakingkid.

The DOB has now been corrected and age verified, but the original channel is still missing/detached and YouTube is prompting us to create a new one.

Could this please be escalated for restoration of the original channel as it’s been about a month now and worried it will soon be deleted? Normal YouTube support has been unable to help and said to contact you. We’d really appreciate your help. Thank you.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes but you can't easily see viewed recording that are stacked. I don't understand why it was removed? Please add it back :)

@SkyHelpTeam Ok but how do you now see what's been viewed? It's impossible to find what you are watching when you have a lot of recordings

@SkyHelpTeam No it disappeared when the box updated. But do know have the scheduled tab. And listings are now newest at the top. Confusing
