@rcarrick I can’t imagine a case where this type of asset appreciation doesn’t cause alarm. Interest rates will be the reckoning. My generation has never known risk in ownership. Low rates + appreciation = always a winner. Completely ignores risk v reward realities. Debt packaged as wealth
