Kampala International University congratulates University Secretary, Asiati Mbabazi on her successful PhD Viva Voce held today, Monday 4th May, 2026, at the DHDR Board Room, Western Campus.

Dr. Mbabazi has earned her PhD in Management Science – Education Management with her thesis: Enhancing Teachers’ Performance: A Study of Appraisal and Motivation in Secondary Schools, Kasese District, Uganda.

We commend her scholarly contribution to education management and her research on teacher appraisal and motivation in Uganda’s secondary schools. Her work advances practical solutions for improving performance and outcomes in the education sector.

We extend our appreciation to the Doctoral Committee: Assoc. Prof. Zulaihatu Lawal Bagiwa, Assoc. Prof. Tukur Muhammad, Prof. Hamisu Ibrahim, Assoc. Prof. Saidu Isah Abubakar, and Dr. Jackson Nzariirwehi, for their guidance and support.
