Benefits of #epilepsy when I reach my 15K steps goal. An advantage when I cannot #drivecars, is that I #walk to and from work and an extra one during lunch. On the weekend, I also reach the goal. Increased #dopamine levels benefit focal #seizure control. So I've many awards.
