(EACS) Leo Elementary – Addition and Renovation The project includes new gymnasium with stage, cafeteria, renovation to the existing gymnasium to become the new STEM classrooms, and public restrooms. The site development work included a drop off area for vehicular traffic.

Unity of Fort Wayne Spiritual Center: Included a structural assessment of the sanctuary trusses, temporary shoring design, and engineering and repair design to the sanctuary roof trusses. An interior renovation of the sanctuary space also included lighting and finishes.

How did we save Indianapolis Public Schools $500,000? The existing Spanish clay tiles were tested and exceed the current ASTM standards utilized for newly manufactured clay roof tile, therefore proved to be a good candidate for a lift and relay in lieu of full replacement.

New Winnebago County Wittman Regional Airport General Aviation Terminal Facility. New 12,800 square foot state of the art terminal includes FBO, airport offices and auto rental spaces. The 13.4 acre site includes, parking, apron, fencing, and landscaping.

Creating flexible study spaces for students at Purdue University Fort Wayne. The renovated space promotes group study with a variety of seating options. The design seamlessly integrates electrical and telecommunications connections into furnishings and provides comfort to users.

Our Oshkosh office has been diligently working alongside CoVantage Credit Union to add a third floor and a three story addition to their Corporate Headquarter in Antigo, WI. The project also included renovations to the existing building.

Progress is coming along with the new Jr. High Gym project at Blackford County Schools with The Hagerman Group. 90% of the finishes are completed in both the new Gym and the renovated JROTC and locker rooms. New Wood Gym Floor is being installed.
