@PontinEmily @HelpAtGeorge Same thing has happened to me. I phoned them no order confirmation or anything and they have taken payment for it from my account. It's a known issue there end! Because there is no order confirmation the pending payments will go back in our accounts within 7 days. Nightmare!!!

@RicardoMinistr0 Just to let you know, I'm currently saving up for a online session with you in may. Its £55 then after that is it another £55? Have a reactive dog who's very unpredictable where he barks alot at dogs & people. Tried treats, different equipment theres no pattern to what works.
