Totally let down by @JohnLewisRetail yesterday. Was given a 7am to 5pm delivery slot. Heard nothing all day having stayed in. Rang them at 6pm, told driver would ring me in 20 mins. No call. Rang them at 7pm, told the delivery had been cancelled. Pathetic.

Pros: in fact his statement is to be read
Judge: well there we are - there’s no difficulty in you talking to him
Witness: - there is - he died 3 years ago 😬😳
