They couldn't self checkin due to internet connectivity issues.
When went to the indigo counter they were told RUDELY to self checkin or else Rs200 would be charged.

Aggreed, atleast u guys should have a help desk for such needs.
All are not so tech savy to self checkin. Plus the rude behaviour of ur personall towards my parents was another add on point.
