@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow My Scottish Power smart meter hasn't been working for 2 weeks. SP told me before I found out. They haven't fixed it yet.

Even when it was working I couldn't see how it was calculating costs so I ignore it. All I'm bothered about is that it sends the correct meter readings now!
