Sure levels of customer service drop every year I get. Ordered a unit from @Argos_Online as part of bedroom redec- waited in today for delivery from 3:00 -5, chased at 6:30 - only to find out lorry broke down. No comms / no sorry - offer of new delivery in a month from now 🤯

@qatarairways My daughter was in air for 7hrs and returned back to Manchester. Told initially plane would be refuelled, then told to wait and see customer service, at 4 told they had gone home, allowed to book a re-book a new flight this morning, only to be told it wasn’t flying hrs ago
