I say this as a 39 year old male that cheated on my Wife, “now ex Wife” when I was 25 and I still am disgusted with myself a couple relationships later. After the cheating she still begged me to stay, even offered me an open relationship and it just made me feel even more disgusted with myself…..
If you can’t love or no longer love someone SAY IT. Don’t hurt good people, it’s disgusting and you WILL burn in hell.
I pray I have somewhat redeemed myself but I to this day feel this guilt, no excuses. She had 2 kids I raised and love me til today but it doesn’t fix anything
