@EastMidRailway Hi EMR. I just submitted a general enquiry using the online form and had some feedback. the form seems inconsistent with its validation. I was able to submit on the front-end under the 2000 char limit, but it was rejected by the back-end...
with a different style of error. So the 2000 limit appears validated to different criteria between the Front-end and Back-end. Also, it took me much longer than it needed to in order to 'trim' my message down to 2000 characters which was quite frustrating....

@Morledge Definitely, Chris. I've spent so much effort too in giving them website feedback, and often they don't seem to care too much about bad UX of their site and service itself! Feel your pain here!

On registering with Tu, there are specific password specs users are likely to fail (as I did) on the first try. This reloads the page, and users then have to enter a Nectar card number again and again as is not saved in session. Thanks ๐

I'm coming to Nutracheck from MFP and an used to being able to quickly search using swipe typing keyboard rather than having to tap each letter.
Is the Nutracheck search box supposed to support swipe input a mine doesn't? It's that intentional or a bug please?
