@cassidoo Granting GitHub apps permissions to repositories based on their custom properties (like we can apply Rules for example). The current model does not scale, we have >10k repos and we are forced to allow certain apps blanket access because actually controlling it Is impossible.

This way ExposeErr can wrap it to mark it as handled, but you still have the option of further handling upstream (say, collecting metrics on successful requests?)

@nfarina I'm happy with Android's Adaptive Charging, which stops at 80% during the night and reaches 100% in time for waking up (based on usage and alarm time). I assume iOS has something similar?
