Mission Hills has announced the hiring of their new Head Football Coach, Thomas Altieri. A 2005 graduate from Vista High School, Altieri was a First-Team All-CIF selection as a lineman and also a First-Team All State selection by @CalHiSports during the Panthers 2004 season. Altieri continued his football career at @ASUFootball, starting in 22 games at Center during his Junior and Senior seasons.

After finishing his undergraduate studies at ASU, Altieri began his career as a substitute teacher and offensive-line coach at Mission Hills in 2010. Before being hired as the current head coach, Altieri was the defensive coordinator for the Grizzlies. He becomes only the second Head Football Coach in Mission Hills history, replacing the legendary Chris Hauser who opened the school as the Grizzlies first head coach in 2004. @Daygofootball @sdfnl @EC_Preps_SD @SDPrepInsider @CalHiSports @sdfootball
