@British_Airways I was on BA15 diverted to Melbourne from Sydney after a failed landed attempt (aborted due to wind) I have received zero help or instruction. I was traveling business class - I was traveling with my two boys. I’ve had to buy my own tickets to travel back to Sydney. I want a refund for my tickets. Also the totsl lack of communication is appalling.
