Pollsters use 2 models, high-turnout and low turnout. Joe Biden does best in high-turnout scenarios. Tell Trump voters not to vote so there will be a lower turnout which helps Trump. Won't fool all Trumpsters, but the ones dumb enough to go to his death rallies may fall for it.
