It appears @scanaenergy shut off the gas on my 75 year old friend and will not assist in getting it turned back on until next week. They do however admit it was their error, but she is left without gas. I think we need to investigate other providers.

It appears @Lowes way of handling customer service issues is to place you on hold then transfer you then disconnect you. They figured out by delaying and transferring you, you will get frustrated and hang up.

Ordered a @tuffshed from @HDCares on 10/31, installed 12/28! Rain 3 days later-roof leak and the screws holding the door handle broke. Called in issues, scheduled repair date 1/27. Called to escalate, moved up to 1/14. Now rain coming in today. Shed is useless.
