@tkconnolly1 @Team_ESNEFT This really is terrible. I cannot imagine a private company treating it's staff this way. If it did it would have no staff. The NHS uses it's employees desire to do good to cut costs on all sides, knowing the majority will not leave. This is just one example 😒
