Ordered through app, was missing part of order now MD trying to pass blame to @JustEatUK and given the run around keep telling me to contact @JustEatUK but they have no record.

@Argos_Online very disappointed bought new TV from Argos because they could deliver quicker than anyone else, booked slot only to be messaged a day later to book a slot in again which is now a week later.
@TeamKnowhowUK Why can you not refund the e-card? It was bought specifically to buy this product, I had to buy another one to get the product before Christmas. The voucher is your product so you must be able to return? I canβt believe you think itβs correct to charge me twice?
@curryspcworld Disappointed.... Ordered a laptop online with ecard only to be kicked out during order. The money has been taken so cant re-order was told to wait 24 hours and try again, but still no luck after 48 hours! Called again and now told will be 3-5 working days.
@TeamKnowhowUK Thank you Ian, I was aware of this because I had to reorder and pay with a new e-card I am therefore left with a card with Β£100 on that I purchased specifically for this product. Can the card be reimbursed?
