At first, I was just looking for a good deal, cheap debt, maybe a little value-add.
But then I got hooked. I started chasing leverage like a junkie, bridge loans, mezzanine, anything with an interest only term.
After a thousand deals, I realized…I didn’t want to just buy real estate.

@JLissoy I’ve been able to speak to them on the phone but they can’t provide any information other than their vague cyber issue statement.
Given that a similar Fidelity issue during Thanksgiving took over a week, I would imagine this one isn’t resolved overnight.
