Supergirl review:

Story was simply not engaging, backstory flashbacks were the most interesting but had light to do with the story being told over all. Castings overall were great, acting was great, execution of action and story just lacked. 6/10

It’s not like he’s ashamed of saying he comes from YouTube. He just doesn’t think the term “YouTuber” makes sense from a filmmaking perspective since if we used that term then are we calling old filmmakers vintage camera operators or smth? There all just making films.

My biggest take away is Steven you literally don’t lose any of the sauce. Cinematics were on point, CGI was typical Hollywood but what do we expect anymore with non practical work. Biggest gripe is the ending scene, still conflicted. However, this film is a 9/10. GO SEE IT! 3/3

Disclosure Day may be the best movie of the year for me so far. I want to start off with saying that the trailer heavily didn’t provide any context to what was truly going on, at all. The film gives more Arrival vibes than it does interstellar, at least with the pacing. 1/3

The acting is honestly very fun, the film takes itself fairly seriously but can start off a bit slow. The plot unravels in a very deep way and makes this movie arguably cross the line from sci fi to psychological therapy studies. I loved that complexity during the film. 2/3

The movie is simply not everyone’s taste.

@FromMagic_Zep @WillTheLandMan Saying that like a multi millionaire studio would give full direction cuts to a 20 year old when they don’t even do that for 96% of directors above the age of 30. That’s standard and doesn’t make a huge different. It’s understandable and Kane has huge control anyways. Just enjoy
